Microsoft Agent - Characters

Overview
If the Microsoft Agent characters are not installed on your computer, then the characters animations will be download from the Microsoft web site.  This usually takes a few minutes for each animation requested.   If you want to completely remove the delay when browsing pages that use Microsoft Agent technology then download the character files and install them on your computer.
