If you upgrade to Windows 98 from 95,

Then re-install IE-5 over Windows 98/IE-4.01
after your up-grade to Windows 98
Windows 98 SE has IE-5.0, and it is not the newest version
If you had already Installed the IE-5
before 3/14/2000, Install this version
This Version is the newest as of 3/14/2000
And will work in Windows 95/98 as well as NT and 2000
